I saw this great video for the first time just a few weeks ago, and I immediately started to apply the “Running & Reading” philosophy to my everyday life. But I think another element should be added to it as well…”Running, Reading & Listening.” Because it’s very important to listen closely to what successful people (like Will Smith for instance) have to say about their mentality and approach, to reaching their goals in life. Most people don’t have the right mentality!
