you dont seem to blitz your linebackers a lot. here’s a tip-if you blitz your LB’s then you’ll get a whole lot more turnovers, especially online. if you just stay in zone coverage than it gives the QB a whole lot more time in the pocket. and thats not the best thing. but other than that you’re amazing!

xDanielsonx23 you talk to me like I don’t play Madden haha. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I pass a lot, and I know the way to stop a passing attack is by pressuring the QB. I usually play my game more towards my opponents style of play, so if I see a guy that throws quick passes a lot on his first few drives, I’ll play max coverages where I only send a 3-4 man rushes, and let my opponent make a mistake into my coverage, or hope I can make a play myself.

Great players will be able to beat both blitzes and coverages, in that case you have to mix up your play calling in order to confuse your opponent, or you have to be a huge bum and find some bump and run blitz that works every play which a lot of online players do, they think “ehh I can find one play and hope it works for this game and I’m fine!” If I lose to a player like this and get a rematch vs them, I’m almost guaranteed to win, time is the only problem versus these types of players.

A lot of these kids think, “god, I’m so good, I could be on the Madden bus!” “Oh my god put me on MaddenNation” What they fail to realize is that they might be able to upset a better play once or twice, but you play against each other so much in that period of time, that the better players will figure out your playing style and just eat them alive. I personally feel like I understand the game in that manner, which is why I try to mix up my game as much as possible.

I can actually back up my story too, haha. I believe one player has beaten so far after watching my YouTube videos. It was our first game, not thinking he’d studied up on me, I came out throwing corner routes all first half, then tried to set up a solid offense the 2nd half. I lost by more then 2 scores. The next few days I played the kid 6 more times, and after preparing for his offense, and changing my own, I beat him easily those next 6 games, winning by an average of 20 points.

Having the skill to learn from my own mistakes, and being smart enough to realize his playing style, I made the necessary adjustments and really just blew the kid away. Anybody can win one game vs someone, but truely skilled players will figure out what makes you tick, and benefit from it.

Theres ALWAYS someone on EVERY Madden video on youtube that says something like “you suck” or “im awesome” or “try that against me”. Its just funny cuz it seems EVERYONE thinks theyre good at Madden. Theres a reason people have watched your videos thousands of times, and its not cuz “you suck” or cuz “you couldnt do that against him”.
