I teach a class of sensory autistic teens and always strive to understand their language and needs and hope that I have never considered my students to be any less of a person than anyone else. But I'm a bit worried about the idea of deficits that has been talked about in these comments. I think that if there are differences, one cannot consider *either* side to have a deficit. We can only hope to build understanding from *both* sides. I hope to do my part in that. Thank you for this video.
